About Becca
I married my best friend after five years of dating, and our wedding journey was anything but smooth sailing. From searching for a new caterer just two weeks out, to securing an entirely new venue and updating every guest and vendor only seven days before the big day. Even down to replacing all our flowers and arrangements seventy-two hours before we said I do, it felt like every possible hurdle found its way to us.
And yet, standing there with him, surrounded by our loved ones, every obstacle melted away. The laughter, the tears, the chaos, and the love — it all became part of our story. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a single thing. Those imperfect, unpredictable moments are what made our day uniquely ours — and they taught me that the most beautiful weddings aren’t defined by perfection, but by heart.

For Love
That experience inspired me to create Blissful Events — a coordination service built on empathy, preparation, and heart. I know how it feels to juggle the unexpected, and I’m passionate about ensuring my couples never have to carry that weight alone. With me by your side, you can focus on what really matters, celebrating your love and enjoying every blissful moment.

Being a great coordinator isn’t just about timelines, floor plans, or checklists — it’s about teamwork. A truly seamless day happens when every vendor feels supported and every detail flows together in harmony. I work closely with catering, photography, music, and every vendor involved to ensure we’re all moving in sync. Weddings naturally shift as the day unfolds, and my role is to conduct those moving parts with calm direction, clear communication, and a smile keeping everyone balanced and the celebration running beautifully.
The Small Details
One of my favorite memories from our own wedding day was a little hiccup that still makes me smile. While I was getting ready, my coordinator informed me that the linen napkins I had carefully ordered were nowhere to be found. After a quick moment of surprise, I took a deep breath, smiled through the mirror, and said, “I’m getting married today — let’s just grab paper napkins!”

That moment reminded me that even with the best-laid plans, things can shift — but the right attitude and preparation make all the difference. I had complete trust that everything else was handled, and that sense of calm and perspective is exactly what I bring to my couples’ wedding days.
